Assembly Manager / Supervisor Electrical Engineering – International Projects (m/f/d)

You assume the technical responsibility for the electrical assembly at international construction sites and ensure the technical and timely implementation of your factory. You guide the assembly teams of external partner companies professionally, coordinate their work and organize the processes on site. You are contact persons for technical questions and agree closely with construction and project management, construction, customers and colleagues from mechanics and commissioning. You ensure compliance with high standards for work and plant safety, carry out corresponding instructions and monitor the quality of assembly work including documentation. You support the construction site preparation and the subsequent commissioning of the plants.

You have completed training in the field of electrical engineering, for example as an electronic technician for operating technology or industrial electricians (m/w/d), as well as a qualification as a master, technician or a corresponding degree. You bring several years of experience in the electrical assembly of industrial plants, are familiar with the work on construction sites and have already led assembly teams as a foreman, supermonitor or in a comparable function. You read and interpret electrical circuit diagrams reliably and are characterized by an independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation. You convince by a sovereign appearance, communication strength and enforcement ability as well as a high sense of responsibility for quality and safety. You bring a very high international readiness for multi-month project assignments, secure knowledge of German and English as well as a class B licence.
