You're burning for challenges?**

• You are responsible for the organization and booking of business trips for our employees, based on the needs and preferences of employees in compliance with the guidelines.

• These include the planning and booking of group travel at meetings and fairs.

• You negotiate framework agreements with service providers and plead business relationships.

• The administration of the financial aspects of a mission, including the Costing and Expenditure Monitoring, is also part of your tasks.

• A completed training as a travel agency with relevant experience in the company service or Corporate forms the basis of your qualification.

• You can safely handle GDS Amadeus and have sound IATA knowledge.

• You can also demonstrate experience in Transfer with online booking systems (e.g. Deutsche Bahn) and bring knowledge to Concur.

• Teaming skills, communication strength, service orientation and high flexibility In addition, your strengths include a expressed structured and independent way of working.

• You have a high competence in dealing with other people.

• Very good German and good English skills in word and writing complete your profile.
