Coordination and implementation of comprehensive budget planning for technical installations and construction projects (investments and other operating expenses)

Support of project management in the management of construction projects

Own-responsible project tracking including time monitoring, cost and quality control, follow-up of implementation and active control in case of deviations

Independent production of project-relevant statistics, analyses, evaluations and presentations

Planning, development and implementation of subproject measures in the framework of cross-disciplinary projects

Active communication with all participating project participants

Function as contact person for area-related inquiries of internal and external bodies

Successfully completed studies of business management, financial and controlling, construction or comparable qualification

Alternatively: Successfully completed commercial training in controlling, construction or a comparable field

Job-relevant practical experience in finance, controlling, accounting, purchasing or similar fields of activity

Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP

Expressed analytical and methodological skills

High self-initiative and readiness to perform

Very good communication and moderation capabilities
