As Team Lead Electrical Engineering (m/w/d), you are responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of the Electrical Engineering team with a focus on PV-free area systems, BESS systems and network connection concepts. Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, mechatronics, renewable energies or a comparable area Multiannual professional experience within the PV industry Experience with the electrotechnical design and installation of PV systems as well as NS/MS switching systems and network connections Knowledge in AutoCAD and ideally PowerFactory Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing High level of team and communication skills with high social competence Analytical thinking and experience in optimizing processes Enforcement and Conflictability
