Your main tasks include the professional reception and support of our guests, visitors and business partners In addition, you take on versatile assistance and administrative tasks in the reception area You answer telephone requests competently and forward them to the relevant departments You are responsible for the processing of the mailing and exit as well as the need-oriented ordering and administration of office materials In addition, you coordinate the event planning and support the conference service In addition, you will arrange for the careful preparation and refurbishment of the event rooms and attend trainings as well as meetings

You have a completed commercial training or training from the hotel industry, reception or gastronomy sector Ideally, you have already gained first experience at the reception or at the gate A well-kept appearance and excellent ways of handling are of course for you You bring safe German skills and basic knowledge in English A structured, organized and solution-oriented way of working out will distinguish you and you are ready to work with us for a limited time.
