HR-Generalist / Personalreferent (m/f/d)

Control HR consulting & personal work in day-to-day business: You engage executives and employees in a defined area in all personal topics – solution-oriented and with a clear look for what really works Securely implement and develop HR processes: You are responsible for central HR processes, from entry to exit, for structure and quality and consistently develop existing processes. Recruiting: You control the HR recruitment process for your area – from the selection of suitable candidates to the final decision – and make sure we win the right people for our company Safely act: You support personal measures, evaluate labour law issues and implement solutions cleanly and legally safe Supporting HR projects: You work on cross-departmental HR projects or take part in independent projects to establish sustainable solutions in the company Cooperation with the Works Council: You work constructively and clearly with our Works Council and bring topics targeted to completion Observe your own responsibility: You recognize the needs of action at an early stage, prioritize topics meaningfully and tax your tasks independently

Complete business studies with a focus on personnel or comparable qualifications (e.g. commercial training with further education of HR) HR experience, ideally in a generalist role Experience in project management Knowledge of labour law and labour law Ability to analyze complex issues in a structured manner and implement solutions in a targeted manner Addressee-friendly communication capability to internal and external interfaces Team orientation, openness for change and strong service orientation Safe handling of MS Office, ideally experience with SAP-HCM and ATOSS This is important Presence and cooperation: Homeoffice or Mobile work is possible with us.
