Participation in the Services Strategy and Service Development Processing and processing of international customer orders Close coordination and cooperation with relevant departments Consulting and support of customers by telephone and in writing (German/English) Coordination of order processing and delivery dates Processing of complaints and creation of credits Administrative support for export documentation including Compliance

Completed commercial training or comparable profile Safe handling of MS-Office; ideally experience with ERP systems (ProAlpha of advantage) Practical experience in handling, service or sales Team player with strong solution orientation, self-initiative and convincing communication strength German language skills and fluent English in word and writing
