The products are widely used in the field of e-mobility for buses and commercial vehicles. In addition, in other fields of application such as e.g. in stationary energy storage systems for power grids, heavy load machines in ports and mines as well as other special applications. The hands-on operating director of quality assurance is now being sought for the production site at Berlin. Discipline management of quality assurance staff Planning and monitoring of product analyses Monitoring and optimization of quality in production Creating new requirements for product monitoring Planning and implementation of internal audits and product audits in cooperation with QMB Quality monitoring of suppliers and management of complaint management Decision on quality in border and special cases and on the delivered product quality Strategic development of quality assurance Interface to other foreign production sites

Solution-oriented, hands-on acting, empathic leadership - powerful with a high professional competence Successfully completed engineering studies (e.g. mechanical engineering, process engineering) or a comparable qualification Founded professional experience in a manufacturing company preferably in the automotive environment Good knowledge of the current QM systems (ISO9001, IATF, ISO 14000) Experiences in the application of common quality methods (8D, Ishikawa, 5-Why, SPC, MSA etc.) First management experience Routinized handling of common computer applications such as MS Office and ERP systems Perfect balance from pragmatism and structured working Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
