Technical management and coordination of employees in the area of welding Ensuring the quality of welded joints and assemblies including inspection and reworking Planning, monitoring and optimization of welding processes Cooperation with work preparation, design and quality assurance Instruction and further development of employees

Completed training in the metal sector, ideally metal construction master, with additional qualification as a welding expert or the aim to acquire it Founded practice in welding steel assemblies, knowledge of sheet metal processing and reliable reading of technical drawings Experience in team management and willingness to cooperate in the workshop High quality standards and structured working methods
