Ensuring trouble-free operation of building technology Planning and implementation of maintenance and testing concepts and implementation of statutory audits Trouble analysis and sustainable troubleshooting to minimize downtime Responsibility for energy and media supply (power, compressed air, water, cold, heat) Foreign company coordination including cleaning and security services as well as care of outdoor facilities Ensure work safety, compliance with DGUV regulations, TÜV, DIN/VDE/ISO standards and implementation of risk assessments Implementation and development of maintenance strategies (TPM, KVP, Lean Maintenance) Support for technical reconstructions, optimizations, investments and special projects Responsibility for spare parts management, cost control and technical documentation Operation and further development of building control technology including data analysis and reporting Implementation of environmental and energy management measures (ISO 14001 / 50001) and sustainability and energy efficiency

Complete technical training, in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics or comparable Continuing training for industrial masters, state-tested technicians or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in maintenance Knowledge of operating technology and building technology Knowledge of electrical engineering, mechanics and mechatronics Experience in the field of energy supply and media Safe handling of maintenance software, SAP and MS Office Knowledge of building control and building control Experience with maintenance strategies, TPM, KVP and Lean Maintenance Analytical thinking and pronounced problem solving capability Decision and enforcement strength as well as high organisational capacity Embossed communication skills, team orientation and hands-on mentality Loadability, sense of responsibility and structured functioning Suitable for severely disabled persons, according to the task and request profile
