Working Student Documentation Management (m/f/d)

As part of the Documentation Management team, you support the timely provision of project documents for wind farm projects. You work in international project teams and accompany wind farm projects organizationally from the start of the contract to the transfer to the customer. In the analysis of contracts, you help to identify the necessary documents and deadlines to be observed. You're researching project-related documents, pleading them in the corresponding systems and putting them together in a structured manner. The follow-up of missing documents or translations is done in consultation with internal contacts and customers. As part of the project documentation, you will participate and learn to take into account customer-specific requirements, wind park configurations and contractual requirements.

You are immatriculated in a technical, economic or spiritual course. Interesting in document management, project work and technical contexts will help you. First practical experiences (e.g. through internships or student work) are of advantage, but no need. You work carefully, reliably and structured. Joy of communication and teamwork is of course yours. Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, as well as a basic technical understanding, you also bring.
