Coordination of quality assurance and improvement measures within the organisation Implementation and further development of the courses of the Department of Medicine (in close coordination with Dean of Studies, Head of Unit, Dean's Board) Planning and organisation of courses Structured cooperation with the bodies and working groups responsible for the study and teaching sector of the Department / University Coordination of central learning support systems Advising students on questions of course of study and the organization of studies and supporting disadvantaged students Coordination of teaching evaluations and preparation of appropriate proposals for the further development of teaching quality Deputy Head of the Department of Studies and Teaching of the Deanate

Completed scientific university studies Professional experience in the organization of studies and teaching, knowledge of the structure and organization of medical studies and medical studies, as well as first leadership/leading experiences are desirable Knowledge of legal foundations of the study establishment and relevant national reform initiatives Applicable experience in university and science management, ideally in the field management or in another role in the multi-level system of a university / university / scientific institution Very good knowledge of MS Office programs and system platforms for university administration Very good English skills in word and writing High level of organizational strength and service orientation, team capacity, personal deployment, reliability and durability Very good communication and intercultural skills Own and independent operation
