Maritime training is becoming increasingly complex, networked and digital. As Head of Secure Systems & Quality (m/w/d), you assume the technical and disciplinary responsibility for an interdisciplinary team in the areas of project quality management, IT security, configuration management and IT system administration. Together with your team, you create the conditions for the successful development, integration and operation of sophisticated maritime simulation and training solutions for national and international customers. You shape the further development of your area of responsibility, establish efficient processes and ensure that quality and safety requirements are met throughout the entire product and project life cycle. You work closely with all the stakeholders involved and bring your expertise in early project phases. In this position you have the opportunity to develop a highly qualified team, actively shape technical standards and make a visible contribution to the future of modern maritime training and simulation systems. Your tasks: Professional and disciplinary leadership of an interdisciplinary team in the fields of project quality management, IT security, configuration management and IT system administration Responsibility for the strategic further development of the area of responsibility and the orientation of the group to the corporate and project objectives Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and compliance requirements as well as relevant standards, standards and customer specifications Control and continuous optimization of processes, methods, guidelines and tools to increase efficiency, quality and transparency Consultation and support of projects in quality, safety and configuration-relevant issues over the entire project life cycle. Establishing and developing effective information security and risk management to identify and evaluate and minimise risks. Complete studies in computer science, electrical engineering, communications technology, BWL, VWL or comparable Management experience and relevant professional experience in the development of small and medium-sized development projects Practical experience in the use of modern development processes English language skills (in word and writing) Business thinking and acting Target-oriented and independent working and enforcement Embossed negotiation and communication skills
