Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification – ideally with experience in the law firm environment First professional experience in project management, organizational development or process optimization Interest in quality management, compliance and digital processes Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Organizational talent and strong communication skills Safe handling of MS Office applications; Knowledge of document management systems is advantageous Openness for new technologies and joy in developing existing processes Willingness to occasionally travel within Baden-Württemberg
