The Team Processes, Methods and Tools (PMT) in Product Data Engineering combines domain experts and data scientists who work together on innovative solutions. Our goal is to apply proven methods and to develop new approaches to ensure results of the highest quality and reproducibility. Our mission: transform Mercedes-Benz Trucks Engineering into a data and AI-driven organization. As a PMT team, we act as a central interface between specialist and IT. Our core tasks include: Introduction of new and optimization of existing processes and systems in engineering Development of innovative data and AI solutions DISCLOSURE In your internship, you take a diverse role at the interface of project management, marketing and communication in the environment of Data & AI as well as Elektrik/Elektronik (EE). Not only do you actively support an innovative AI project, but you also design autonomous communication formats and internal platforms.

Experience project management: Supporting the Product Owner of our Engineering Chatbot “PIA” in operational and strategic tasks Insights on Management Levels: Participation in Meetings and Panels with Focus on Data & AI Responsibility for Communication & Community Individual Care and Development of the “PIA” Intranet (SharePoint) Structure and support of the user community Creation of training videos, articles and other communication formats

Presentation & Visibility: Performance of Presentations and Demo Sessions within Engineering Creating a knowledge platform: building and structuring a central EE intranet for concentrating processes, systems and learning content actively shaping marketing & communication: developing and implementing new measures in the Data & AI and EE environment Your ideas include: You have the opportunity to introduce and implement your own concepts – with direct impact on our organization

Studies in one of the following areas: Marketing & Communication Business information Industrial engineering Digitization Project management or comparable

Ideally, you are in Bachelor's degree and are looking for an internship with real practice reference Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office First experiences with MS SharePoint are advantageous You convince by: Open and communicative personality Joy in exchange with different stakeholders Initiative, creativity and commitment Team spirit and the desire to actively drive things forward
