Personnel officer with a focus on recruiting (m/f/d)

For our headquarters in Freiburg we are looking for your active reinforcement! Support us in our core competence: SAUTER creates habitats with future!

You serve the entire recruiting process for our branches throughout Germany; from personnel demand planning to onboarding processes On selected platforms, you are looking for target groups specific to potential new employees, actively address them and independently conduct interviews (telephone and on-site) You advise our executives in the branch offices on all questions relating to the recruitment and retention of personnel You develop new recruiting strategies and continuously improve them

A completed training, e.g. industrial businessman (m/w/d), personnel service businessman (m/w/d) or a completed study, e.g. Insufficient professional experience in recruiting and active sourcing of technical professionals, as well as conducting interviews Knowledge in advising executives on personal questions Funded know-how about relevant recruiting channels, tools, techniques and trends High service orientation and communication skills You have a good feeling for people and a high empathy
