As a consultant for digital customer support (m/w/d), you are the first contact point for our customers in digital banking. You advise financial topics holistically – by phone, video or e-mail – and provide individual, digital advice that creates trust. You actively gain new customers and accompany them in key financial decisions – from account opening to credits to securities and business start-ups. You focus on high-quality consulting and digital services – without cold acquisition.
