Sutthauser Straße 280, 49080 Osnabrück You conduct one of our technically demanding construction projects within a building manager team and are directly assigned to the project manager You coordinate the polishing and after-contractors used on the construction sites You ensure the quality, time and cost-oriented execution of all works on the construction site You document the workflows on the construction site and support your project manager with all important information for a professional construction site controlling

You have a successfully completed civil engineer or Architecture studies or comparable technical training You already have experience in the construction management and have very good knowledge in the VOB Your communication skills enable you to work closely and cooperatively with your colleagues and successfully manage the entrepreneurs You are characterized by excellent organizational ability, independent working and resilience
