Machine and plant operator (m/f/d)

As a machine and plant leader (m/w/d), you are a central part of our filling and assembly. With your attention to detail and your technical understanding, you make sure that our lines produce stable, efficient and quality-compliant during ongoing operations – and that products are created at the end that people can rely on every day. Your varied and responsible tasks include: You start and service our filling and assembly lines in the daily business and keep production running reliably You monitor the production process, keeps the quantities, quality and processes in mind and reapes when something deviates from the standard You ensure continuous material supply (e.g. packaging, containers, folding boxes and product containers) so that the line continues without unnecessary stops You recognize disturbances at an early stage, intervene autonomously and eliminate simple disturbances or the next steps in more complex topics You'll make fine adjustments within the specifications so that the line continues to produce in a stable manner and the quality is consistent permanently You carry out quality checks during production on the basis of checklists (e.g. filling, coding, packaging and packaging) You document your activities EDV-based according to GMP and ISO guidelines, so that all steps can be traced You create a clean layer protocol and transfer the line structured to colleagues – including important notes from the layer You actively contribute when you recognize potential for improvement in the process, quality or working conditions

Completed mechanical-technical training, e.g. as a machine/plant leader (m/w/d), plant/industrial/process or tool mechanic (m/w/d) or comparable Technical understanding and craftsmanship precise working with high quality and responsibility Ideally first industrial experience, e.g. in packaging / filling (pharmaceuticals, cosmetics or food) Ready to change the week (usually in the two-layer system, if necessary Three-shift system according to operating agreement) Good knowledge of German in word and writing (for GMP/ISO-compliant documentation) Quiet and solution-oriented operation with technical challenges and desire to understand causes and troubleshoot Does the job display sound interesting, but not every point fits?
