The management and control of our construction projects and the coordination of all the works, subcontractors and suppliers involved in the construction process You take over the independent management of turnkey projects, including quality assurance, time coordination and cost control In addition, monitor the construction design while maintaining construction plans, performance directories and technical regulations You are the contact person for clients, authorities and project participants throughout the entire construction phase

Ideally, you have completed your studies in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable area or over many years of professional experience You bring more than five years of professional experience in the work preparation or construction management of turnkey construction projects with Technical understanding of construction processes, a responsible way of working and motivation for continuous further development In addition, you have an analytical feel for processes, dependencies and optimization potentials
