Focus: Economic and realistic determination of the costs incurred by design, execution plans, performance directories and price lists for equipment, wage and material costs Plans: Support in the creation of works schedules and supplements Refined: Close exchange with all project participants and the occasional inspection of construction sections Variety: Each project has different peculiarities and is as individual as your calculations

Qualification: Technical completion, e.g. in civil engineering or railway engineering. Bautechniker (m/w/d) or Polier (m/w/d) with well-founded professional experience in the field of costing or construction management Industry knowledge: Experience with the Deutsche Bahn as a client or multi-year experience in the railway industry Expertise: Very good knowledge in the field of costing as well as a profound understanding of construction processes, materials, construction regulations and cost structures Competence: Organised and structured working methods as well as pronounced communication skills and negotiation skills Communication: Very good oral and written knowledge of the German language or willingness to develop linguistically
