As Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist, maintain and develop the Microsoft Dynamics 365 internal platform. As Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist, your focus is on customer service, field service and ITSM-related processes. You analyze existing business and service processes and work closely with the specialist departments to identify and implement optimization potentials. You take over the design, planning and implementation of projects from the first idea to the successful introduction in the company. You are closely in line with software development and process management in order to efficiently design technical and organizational processes. You plan and moderate workshops as well as training to promote system acceptance and secure handling of Microsoft Dynamics 365. You evaluate new functions and modules, check their benefits in the company context and accompany their integration into the existing system landscape.

Successfully completed studies of (economic) informatics, business management or a comparable discipline Deep experience in the introduction and development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 with focus on customer service, field service or ITSM Funded know-how in the analysis, modelling and optimization of business processes, ideally from realized customer or internal projects High level of responsibility and motivation to advance solutions independently and establish them sustainably Strong communicative skills and team spirit for close cooperation with specialist departments and interdisciplinary project teams Good knowledge of German in word and writing and good knowledge of English
