Calculator shell construction (m/f/d)

As Calculator Rohbau (w/m/d), check the tender documents for completeness and analyse performance directories, plan documents and contractual basis for technical and economic risks. You determine the production costs for construction services in the raw building (e.g. earthwork, foundation, reinforced concrete/shellwork, masonry, finished parts, seals in the raw building context). Determining production costs based on performance approaches, construction equipment, wage, material, transport and subcontractor costs is your area of expertise. You create the initial calculation and carry out exploration (location visits, plan insights). The timely creation and submission of the complete offer documents is also part of your task. The coordination of the offer for bidding communities is in your area of responsibility as well as the preparation, participation, logging and preparation of bidding discussions

You have a completed degree (engineering, architecture, economic engineering construction) or a comparable qualification (technician, master (w/m/d) with appropriate experience) You have professional experience in the construction costing of raw construction projects You are routined in dealing with building contract law (VOB and BGB) You have user knowledge in a construction-specific computer application, ideally iTWO You convince by an independent and solution-oriented procedure Analytical thinking, a structured working method and negotiation skills complete your profile
