Fully qualified lawyers / in-house counsel IT law & data protection law (m/f/d)

Participation in all issues of IT law and also in data protection matters as well as legal support of the Group Data Protection Officers Advising all posts on questions of IT and data protection law. Legal advice of the bodies, business units and group companies on all matters of data protection and IT law Participation in strategic and structural projects with high complexity, product launches and modifications of the German TARGOBANK Financial Service Group and interface to relevant Group Units of the Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale Auditing relevant contract works and participation in project teams legally in the implementation of innovative digital products and sales channels Assessment of legal changes and legislative and regulatory requirements as well as general legal trends in IT and data protection law Support in adapting the data protection concept to data protection requirements and predictive design based on the Bank's strategic development and general regulatory trends Create and customize the written order such as privacy policies Business instructions and regulations Contact point to associations and supervisory authorities and knowledge transfer to internal employees

You have relevant professional experience in IT and data protection law or recognizable training focuses with practical experience, like acquired in a law firm or the legal department of a financial institution You have completed your legal training with appropriate orientation and at least one predicate exam Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, good understanding of IT system and data architectures in financial services companies Good communication and abstraction capabilities, high design strength and understanding for self-developed framework conditions. Good to very good English knowledge in word and writing, French knowledge of benefits
