• Supporting the Heads of Department in strategic tasks

• Acquisition of various assistance tasks and independent coordination of subprojects

• Organisation, coordination and moderation of internal and external events, meetings and workshops

• Communicative interface between the department, internal teams and our business partners

• Working with personal-related processes in the field, in particular onboarding new employees (e.g. coordination of IT accesses, incorporation plans, etc.)

• Preparation of presentations, protocols, decision templates and evaluations

• Support in the development of structures and processes within the department

• Completed BWL study or completed commercial training

• First professional experience in a comparable postion as assistance or project assistance of advantage

• Embossed organizational design as well as structured, independent and precise working

• Communication strength, team spirit and a high level of confidentiality and integrity

• Ideally IT affinity and safe handling with MS Office / M365

• Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence desirable

• Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
