Relationship & Interface Management Responsibility for cooperation with our logistics service providers (storage & transport), including performance management, EDI monitoring and the implementation of new processes Examination and validation of invoices from our service providers
Control of storage and shipping processes Control and operational control of our warehouse and shipping activities Ensuring the accuracy of the inventory between SAP and the warehouse management system of our service providers and carrying out inventory bookings
Processing of logistics-related requests Support in the clarification of logistical questions as part of customer complaints in close cooperation with the sales administration team
Monitoring & Priority in Day Business Monitoring customer deliveries together with teams from Germany & Benelux and our external logistics partners Priority of entry and exit activities, in particular for delays, shipping tips or holidays
Product & master data processes performing specific product-related processes, e.g. processing of customer returns or maintenance of material master data
