• Communication at eye level: They are in direct contact with customers, medical professionals and authorities worldwide, with the aim of continuously improving the safety and performance of our products.

• Analysis with effect: You evaluate product complaints globally, compile meaningful reports and derive concrete measures.

• Impulse for innovation: Your findings are directly incorporated into product improvements and approval processes - in close cooperation with development, regulatory affairs and other areas of expertise.

• Complete studies in physics, medical technology, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable technical field

• First experiences in statistical data analysis, business intelligence or programming (e.g. with R, Python, SQL)

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as FDA 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485, ISO 14971 and EU-MDR ([for phone number see the original ad]) are advantageous *Expressed analytical thinking, structured working and high communication strength

• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
