In Germany we have our headquarters in Frankfurt am Main and are represented with our offices in Hamburg, Berlin, Leipzig, Düsseldorf, Cologne, Stuttgart, Nuremberg and Munich as well as in Hannover, Weimar, Koblenz, Freiburg and Überlingen. Our field of action is the development and realization of housing projects. For our central competence team on regional development in Frankfurt am Main with nationwide use in the regions, we are looking for a practical, own initiative and team-oriented approach

Focus on design, technical and economic feasibility testing and implementation of innovative and sustainable measures within the projects In this function, you actively participate in the development and realization of territorial development projects of different typologies. They accompany all phases of building land development, from purchase and planning, through construction field release to development. They support the regions in area development and coordinate the implementation of sustainability aspects and innovations within interdisciplinary project teams. Thematic areas are climate, mobility, energy and social coexistence, such as heat supply, sponge city, quarterly garages or quarterly management. With your competence, you can create both generally applicable solutions and tailor-made concepts for the respective development of the area up to quarters, e.g. according to DGNB. They act hand in hand with the team members, if necessary in the region on site and are decisively involved in the success of territorial development. Together with the central management of national regional development management, you will support the project managers of the regions in organizational and strategic issues of the project. .
