Leadership & team development Discipline and professional management of a development group including further development of employees, promotion of young people and qualification management

Project and program management Management and/or professional management of complex development and technology projects as well as control of interdisciplinary teams and ensuring appointments, costs and quality

Strategic Technology & Area Development Focusing resources, processes and projects on corporate strategy and technology roadmaps

Development of development and project management processes

Acquise & Implementation of Development Orders Extraction and support of internal and external development contracts

Accompanying the projects from the supply phase to the series transfer

Network & Representative Dance Construction and maintenance of internal and external networks (customers, partners, research) as well as representation of the field and technology at specialist events

Compliance & production support Ensuring compliance with legal and internal requirements, with close cooperation with production and support in technological issues

Complete university studies in the field of physics, optics, precision engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable technical/nature science discipline ideally related to optical systems

Multiannual professional experience in the development of optical and mechatronic systems, including interfaces to optical design, mechanics, software, measuring technology, manufacturing and assembly

Detectable experience in managing complex, interdisciplinary development and technology projects with responsibility for time, cost and quality objectives

Experience in the disciplinary and professional leadership of teams

Embossed strategic and entrepreneurial thinking, in particular with regard to sales, EBIT, investment and personnel planning, as well as safe handling of KPI-based control of areas/profit centers and understanding of manufacturing costs, efficiency and value contribution of technologies

High network and communication competence in dealing with internal stakeholders and external partners

Structured, solution-oriented operation, high self-responsibility and decision-making strength

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
