Conception, optimization and implementation of procurement, input logistics, goods management and storage including Performance monitoring Ensure effective, efficient and proper inventory processes as well as compliance with all legal provisions for imports and exports incl. Reduction of settlement, customs and tax expenses Construction of the Logistics department in the run-up of the yard as well as professional and disciplinary management of the department, including selection, assessment and development of the associated executives and employees Conception, optimization and implementation of measures for initial logistics, packaging and commissioning as well as the control of external logistics partners:inside for outgoing goods and commissioning of maintenance to materials, equipment and components in the warehouse according to maintenance and maintenance plans Operational handling of return shipments including follow-up (e.g. due to rework, correction, repair, claim) as well as continuous further development of relevant key figures (e.g. envelope numbers, storage, access, detection and travel times as well as area requirements) and implementation of the pull principle within the supply chain

Complete studies in the field of economic engineering, BWL or comparable Long-standing professional and leadership experience in the logistics sector of an industrial company, ideally professional experience in the maritime environment Experience and expertise in employee management and development, sound supply chain know-how and safe handling of KPIs Self-responsible and proactive action as well as a high degree of communication capability and enforcement capability Structured and sustainable approach combined with commercial thinking and action
