Completed (special)high school studies in the field of civil engineering, utility technology, state-tested technicians with a focus on TGA or comparable discipline Professional experience in the construction and project processing, ideally in the field of building equipment of larger construction projects Further training in the field of fire protection or relevant professional experience Embossed project management competence as well as sovereign handling of IT and communication systems (e.g. SAP) Funded knowledge in building and procurement law, in engineering issues and in business relationships Safe handling of relevant planning policies and regulations, in particular from the field of TGA but also overarching themes such as VOB, HOAI, etc. Own initiative, independent and structured operation, enforcement capacity, team capacity and driving licence Class B
