Maintain our existing third-party sales partners and develop their exclusive brand portfolio of the Fressnapf Maxi Zoo Group into an independent, result-based business area You work closely with internal specialist areas (including purchasing, exclusive brands and logistics) to identify suitable exclusive brand ranges for third-party sales Lead independent projects to connect new partners – from market analysis to assortment breakdown You carry out performance analyses, calculate prices and develop targeted growth strategies to manage the third-party business of Fressnapf Maxi Zoo Group Become involved in (partial) projects to support the European subsidiaries of the Fressnapf MaxiZoo Group in the introduction of the target operating model (TOM), in the core processes such as supply chain relevant questions, assortment control, (De)Listings. The focus is on sustainable process quality and practical solutions for operational challenges You coordinate the transfer of central logistics and support processes to the countries, actively accompany the implementation with the relevant specialist areas and ensure that structural optimization potentials are reflected in the TOM and anchored in the long term.

You have a degree in economics or a comparable qualification as well as over several years of relevant professional experience Your structured, result-oriented way of working is characterized by a high level of innovation and also helps you to keep an overview in challenging situations. You have practical experience in the execution of diverse projects as well as in the care of international partners and customers, preferably in the trade environment Through entrepreneurial thinking and the development of innovative approaches to the international exclusive brand business, you will show your strategic vision You bring cultural understanding and communication skills in dealing with various European markets You have a strong analytical mindset and strong communication and negotiation skills in German and English
