Technical Manager / Object Manager | Building Technology m/w/d Location: Berlin Treptow Reference number: 2025-2182 Working time: Full time

Professional and disciplinary responsibility for employees in your object Responsibility for the provision of the contractually agreed services for the contracted object Central contact for the customer in all questions of technical building management Control of the object team and planning of personnel use as well as ensuring the internal performance calculation of the associated employees Object responsibility for complex technical installations

Technical training, e.g. as an electronic/energy plant electronics technician/electro-installer/plant mechanics Heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitary with further training to the technician/master or with further qualification e.g. to the FM specialist - alternatively a study in the field of supply technology/electrotechnics or technical building management Ideally with multi-year professional experience in Facility Management (FM) / Technical building equipment (TGA) Career experience as a self-responsible object manager, combined with employee responsibility Good quality and cost awareness and high service orientation German level C1
