As an Information Security Officer, you continuously develop the REWE Group's information security with the CISO and a growing team, thereby making a central contribution to the resilience and stability of our group.

What you do with us You show commitment: Together with us, you shape the cyber security of REWE Group and bring information security to the companies in an operational manner. You take responsibility: You are the Information Security Officer for several business units of REWE Group. You implement standards: You are responsible for building, operating and monitoring an ISMS (Information Security Management System) for the business units you are responsible for. You recognize risks: you identify IT risks and manage appropriate security concepts and measures. You create clarity: you develop and consider guidelines, concepts, guidelines and work instructions on information security. You are a contact person: You support the business units in questions about Information Security and accompany IT security incidents. You strengthen Awareness: You coordinate and carry out awareness and training and internal audits. You work closely with the CISO as well as colleagues from central and local functions to develop the information security of REWE Group

What we do First of all, your personality: You work independently, structured and targeted and convince by proactive, clear and binding communication. Teamwork is of course for you. Complete studies focusing on computer science, information security, cyber security or comparable qualifications. You have a strong analytical and problem-solving competence, meet well-founded decisions and perform safely and legally. NIS2, CRA and KRITIS are more than shortcuts for you. You understand regulatory requirements as an opportunity to set up companies resilient and compliant. Persuasiveness and negotiation, a high self-initiative and resilience complete your profile. Additional qualifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, CISA or an ISO-27001 auditor certification are advantageous. Alternatively, you will be prepared to develop yourself in at least one of these areas. Thanks to the interface function, we presuppose flowing German and good English skills.
