With us, you put the stone in the roll! Start your training from September 2025 as a construction equipment manager:in the Mineral Baustoff GmbH and you belong to our team in the quarry from day 1. You can do an internship with us beforehand and start your first knowledge. In this profession, you control and monitor production facilities to process mineral raw materials into building materials. You will program, control and wait the automated shredding systems. It is part of this that you serve construction machines such as hydraulic excavators, wheel loaders and caterpillars to transport the raw materials mined in quarries. You also take care and maintenance as well as minor repair work. You can learn how to use pneumatic, electrical and hydraulic systems and get familiar with welding technology in various courses. In the day-to-day business, you are responsible for ensuring that the production processes for building material production run smoothly and keep the materials produced and/or then blow them off for removal.
