We are looking for a polisher (m/w/d) for our site in Berlin to support our area of building construction.

Own-responsible handling of construction sites in turnkey construction Structured preparation and orderly and timely execution of the construction projects Coordination and monitoring of the construction design (crude construction, building envelope and construction structures, including hoisting technology) Control, monitoring and evaluation of entrepreneurs Guided tour of professional staff Active quality assurance and time control at the construction site Implementation and control of occupational safety regulations and compliance with statutory requirements (including prevention of black work) Documentation of progress Implementation of construction site meetings Checking the plant planning

Area of application: Focus of your activity is Berlin and Brandenburg In addition, use can be made on construction sites in other federal states The readiness to chronologically limited external operations (assembly activity/external activity) is assumed

Funded craft training (IHK or equivalent) Multiannual experience (min. 7 years) in turn-key construction is absolutely necessary (crude construction, building envelope, construction structures) Including professional experience at construction sites in Germany Very good German knowledge Embossed team capacity High awareness of quality assurance and structured construction sites Competence combined with a special occurrence solution-oriented leadership style Ideally knowledge of house technology (TGA)
