Shared Service Architecutre is responsible for providing service solutions through the development, adaptation or Combining services to support customer business processes. The System Integration unit is responsible for the implementation of complex topics in the phases plan and build for the projects responsible for the SSD, i.e. the proportionate delivery of services within the framework of a customer solution.

Coordination of operational cross-disciplinary tasks Conception, planning and processing of specialist topics focusing on recurring service projects Perception of the interface in the relevant BWI areas Implementation of measures to improve procedures in cooperation with the specialist departments and with other delivery areas in the respective service environment Result securing by continuous control of the subproject or Measures progress (e.g. work packages, technical changes etc.) and reporting Coordination of transnational projects
