Takeover of the 1st and 2nd level support in the SAP modules QM, PP, MM, SD, FI, CO and connected MES systems Analysis, Priority and Processing of Incidents and Service Requests Recording, structuring and evaluation of requirements from the fields Translation of technical requirements into technical specifications (tickets, user stories, specialist concepts) Control and coordination of external SAP consultants and developers Quality assurance as well as testing and acceptance of development results Planning and implementation of function, integration and acceptance tests Documentation of processes, solutions and changes Implementation of user and key user training Active cooperation in migration to SAP S/4HANA (including tests, data migration, cutover) Continuous optimization and further development of the SAP processes and system landscape
