You take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of the team Creation, monitoring and analysis of budget and financial plans as well as responsibility for monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB Organisation and participation in budget and cost planning Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and the timely creation of tax and financial reports. Ensuring a smooth operation in financial accounting (main book, creditor, debitor, investment accounting and dunnning). Support of foreign companies in all matters of financial and accounting. Contact person for external partners such as auditors, tax advisers, banks and authorities as well as for the companies of our group Reporting and advice of CFO Further development, optimization and digitization of the processes in accounting and administration as well as ensuring an efficient process. Responsibility for the integration and incorporation of new employees and management of the annual employee talks Head of internal projects

Complete study of business management, ideally with a focus on accounting, finance or controlling, or comparable training or Qualifications Multiannual professional experience in financial and accounting, ideally with first leadership experience Very good knowledge of HGB, tax law and common ERP systems Experience with the digitization of financial processes is advantageous Number affinity paired with strategic vision and a structured way of working.
