You expect a three-year training as a specialist (m/w/d) for food technology at our location in Wittlich and parallel at the vocational school in Trier. Your focus will take place in production - here you will get to know the respective processes and production stages. Your tasks include commissioning, monitoring and operation of plants, as well as the production process from raw material to the final product. You will continue to gain knowledge of food analytics, quality management, product development and technical background knowledge. Your training is rounded off by insights into the departments of quality assurance and technology.

You will acquire a degree of middle maturity or a good primary school degree. At school you can shine especially in the scientific subjects. Your technical understanding is pronounced. You are a communicative, team-capable and responsible personality. The willingness to use in shift operation is of course for you.
