Support for Jira and Confluence administration and care Creation and adaptation of projects, dashboards and reports in Jira Conception and implementation of test strategies Participation in the design and structuring of Confluence page Supporting the team in implementing best practices for using Jira and Confluence Implementation of training and workshops for employees to effectively use the tools Analysis of user feedback and identification of potential improvements

Student (m/w/d) in a relevant course of studies (e.g. computer science, business informatics, business management) Basic knowledge of Jira and Confluence are advantageous Technical understanding and affinity for software tools Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Teamability and good communication skills Safe handling of IT products around MS Office German in word and writing at C1 level
