Participation in the expert team for CO2 reduction and circular construction to provide advice on planning and implementing sustainable construction projects Development of pioneering concepts and visionary solutions for projects and companies in the real estate sector on the way to the Circular Economy Creation of Circularity Passports for balancing the CO2 footprint for construction and operation, as well as for analyzing and evaluating the circulability of components and component layers Participation in saving materials in the course of demolition and reconstruction through industrial and individual reuse concepts

Studies in the field of civil engineering or economic engineering, architecture, environmental sciences, waste management or in a comparable course in advanced studies Knowledge of construction and sustainability, in particular in eco-balance sheet and material science, are desirable Interested in the Cradle-to-Cradle design principle, the transformation to the Circular Economy and software tools for measuring climate protection and circulatory capacity in construction Safe handling of MS Office products Very good German language skills in word and writing (min. B2-level)
