Comprehensive personnel handling from the maintenance of personnel master files via certification to the management of digital personal files to ensure high data quality Competent consultation and support of executives, employees and the works council in all personal questions Interface communication and correspondence with social security institutions and authorities Active introduction of ideas in HR projects and co-design in the further development of personal processes Preparatory payroll accounting incl. support and settlement of the time economy

Completed commercial training, preferably with a training course to the personnel specialist or a comparable personal economic study At least two years of professional experience in personnel training German language and written knowledge (C1) Very good knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of SAP HCM are desirable Experience in dealing with a time management program, preferably gfos.Workforce Knowledge in the field of labour, social security and labour tax law Self-employed, systematic and structured work A sovereign appearance, pronounced communication strength and team capability
