ZEISS Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology Enabler for smaller, more powerful and more energy-efficient microchips

Team management and employee development: You take over the disciplinary leadership, structuring and leadership of the team, promoting individual strengths and professional development of your employees (m/w/x).

Work preparation and value flow control: With your team you take over the work preparation, the lean and value stream and control of the entire value stream of integration from material control to delivery to the end customers ASML and drive digitization forward.

Key figures and measures: The pursuit of production-relevant key figures and the development of measures and solutions in the event of deviations in cooperation with the operating segments, the Product/Master Planning and the Engineering are also within your responsibility.

Business Process Transformation: In addition, you take over the design of the Business Process Transformation as well as its system-side implementation with the aim of sustainable design and control processes including: the operational implementation in your team.

Design and optimization of the value flow: They drive the design and optimization of the value flow, as well as its correct mapping in work plans, production piece lists and MES and ensure the sustainable elimination of disturbances.

Technical university degree: your technical university degree with focus on production organization and control has been successfully completed and ideally you will also bring additional economic qualification.

Professional experience and disciplinary leadership: They have already gained relevant, professional experience, ideally in cross-functional working environments with a high number of interfaces and associated stakeholder management as well as in disciplinary leadership.

Methods and IT skills: They bring with them existing knowledge and experience in the application of methods in the field of production, e.g. production control, value flow management, CVP, lean and disposition including the corresponding IT landscape (SAP R/3 (MM, PP, WM), MES).

Soft Skills: A high level of communication, team skills and commitment is just as good as durability and flexibility.

Motivation and team leadership: They are enthusiastic and have fun in motivating employees, controlling them in a targeted manner and forming a powerful team.

The body is a parental representation with a period of 12 months with potential for extension/determination.
