We are looking to strengthen our team in Berlin from now on: (SENIOR) PROJECTS DEVELOPMENT IN IMMOBILIENBEREICH (D/W/M)

Total responsibility for projects from purchase to sale Coordination of external service providers and partners (including architects, planning and engineering services, project management, brokers) Development of user and planning concepts Control of approval procedures together with authorities and municipalities Responsible tendering, negotiation and conclusion of works contracts Head of construction meetings, object visits and negotiations with project participants

Studies in architecture, real estate, BWL, civil engineering or economic engineering (construction) Multiannual experience in project development in commercial real estate Successfully implemented projects, ideally over the entire cycle from purchase to sale Founded market knowledge in logistics, industrial and office properties Very good knowledge of building law and contract law Negotiating skills, enforcement strength and entrepreneurial thinking German and English knowledge (word and font)
