Support in the automation and optimization of HSE processes and their connection to MS SharePoint Working with product and process improvements in QHSE Creation, design, updating and control of process documents, work instructions and graphics Ensuring high quality and integrity levels of QHSE data, KPIs, reports and dashboards Support in the maintenance of documentation systems and compliance with internal standards Conducting research and analysis tasks for the further development of HSE topics Working with internal audits and preparing audit-relevant documents Support for the organisation and follow-up of HSE actions and projects

Secure handling of MS Office 365, especially Visio, teams and SharePoint Experience with QHSE management software (e.g. INTELEX) and ERP systems (e.g. Navision) is advantageous High IT affinity and willingness to work into new systems Very good communication skills and convincing presentation skills Very good German knowledge (min. C2-levelau) Good English knowledge of word and writing Structured, reliable and independent operation Interest in QHSE topics, processes and continuous improvement
