Construction, operation and further development of configuration management (CMDB) according to ITIL Management of products and product configurations incl. Permissions and documentation Analysis of IT monitoring and process performance and definition of KPIs Continuous optimization of configuration management processes, systems and documentation independent processing of specialist topics, project management and target group-oriented preparation and presentation of technical contents

Completed training or studies in IT or comparable qualification IT-Service-Management-Expertise after ITIL incl. Certification Found professional experience in configuration management (CMDB) Project and migration experience in the technical environment Very good German knowledge (min. C1) and good English knowledge (min. B1)
