Technical Project Manager in the Product Area - Vehicle Expansion Drones and EW (m/f/d)

As a dedicated technical project manager (m/w/d) in the Guided Missile Launcher product range, you design, develop and integrate systems for expanding the mission and functioning of military platforms. The focus is on mission systems for steered missiles (e.g. ATGM, SAM or drones), Electronic Warfare systems (Drohnen Jammer) and their integration into different platforms. In this position, you work with a focus on next-generation modular vehicle expansion systems - from start platforms and start pods for drones to integrated electronic warfare solutions for mobile and vehicle-bound applications - and thus make a direct contribution to the future of modern application. You take over the technical leadership of a technical development team and bear the overall responsibility for our products and systems in the field of Combat Modules - over the entire product life cycle. Your tasks: Technical leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary project teams to achieve the development goals Definition, scheduling and control of work packages and creation of technical decision templates (e.g. make-or-buy) Central technical contact for customers, partners and internal stakeholders as well as support for offers and workshops Assessment, planning and implementation of technical changes, product improvements and strategic portfolio developments Creation, maintenance and approval of technical documents as well as ensuring standards, safety and quality standards Technical support and support for integration, verification and qualification activities

Successfully completed technical studies in news technology, mechatronics, aerospace technology or comparable Multiannual professional experience in technical product management, systems engineering or in the development of complex technical systems in defence or aviation Experience in the professional leadership of development teams Knowledge of requirements management and configuration and change management Safe handling of common development and documentation tools (e.g. SAP ERP, DOORS, Enterprise Architect) desirable Language and written language skills (in particular technical English)
