Your tasks: Strategic overall responsibility for the product portfolio including its further development along the value chain for all fields of demand Optimisation of consulting, final and service processes in the sense of customer experience across all channels Coordination of professional changes/releases and responsibility for contract design, changes and service provider control incl.
