Business Development & Project Leadership: Proven track in global business development, integrated value proposition creation, and project management, with a focus on energy transition and sustainability. Team Leadership & Collaboration: Skilled in leading diverse, cross-functional teams across multiple entities and geographies, fostering collaboration without direct reporting lines. Customer-Centric Approach: Hands-on experience in customer-facing roles, especially in project and sales contexts, with a strong focus on understanding and addressing end-user needs. Language & Communication Skills: Fluent in both German and English, with the ability to navigate complex, multicultural business environments and integrate third-party systems using open and regulatory protocols.
